I have developed quite a fupa (Fat Upper Pelvic Area) after a shitty diet and no exercise. I'm 181cm and 78kg with a body fat percentage of around 30. I started eating less today and my goal is a bf of 15%. Will this remove my fupa or have I destroyed my body for good?

Your body adapted to you being a lard ass and it will adapt if you transform back into a fit person. The worst that can happen is a bit of loose skin that you can reduce with dry fasting. So, answer: eat less and less often and move more and more often you lazy pig
Pelvic fat will go away easily. It's the stretch marks that last forever. They become way less pronounced though and just look like off color lines in the skin.

What simple exercises can I do at home to tighten up my beer belly so that it at least looks a bit tighter until I reach 15%. Right now it's kind of squishy and wobbly and about to fold over. Also it is kind of weird looking in that it is narrow and pointy. I think if I can strengthen some muscles on the side it will pull my gut in and to the side a bit, making me look slimmer. Is that possible to do? I have a pair of dumbbells and a pull-up bar if that helps. I have about the same physique as pic related. Maybe a bit bigger and lower hanging belly. Thanks again guys

I'm 6ft and got up to 200 lbs before I lost the weight, and I never looked nearly as bad as that picture.
The stats you listed are actually very reasonable, how are you worried about stretch marks at that height and weight
The problem is I have nearly no muscles and all my fat went straight to my belly and hip. I look like a freak and would be happy if I looked like the guy in the pic. I'm not afraid of stretch marks, but a bit worried that my newly acquired fupa will not go away
