I've had it for years. I've been suffering from ED for the same amount of time and think the varicocele is the culprit. Varicoceles are the biggest killers of testosterone.

I get it but I havent gone to see a doctor about it yet. I used to get a dull pain from it but now I dont even notice it except for certain days were it seems to get inflamed for some reason. Have never had trouble getting an erection with it

I've been trying to find out but I haven't found any definite answers yet. They mostly occur on the left side. I used to wear tighter boxers which I think caused long-term higher abdominal pressure which could have blown my veins out. Why it only happened to the left side I don't know. I hope weightlifting didn't contribute to it.

That won't help. I have it since I'm 14, doctor told me it would go away by its own(it fucking didn't). I'm afraid of fixing it now because if doing it raises my test, maybe my hair will fall faster.
