Don’t move just after 6 months, milk it for as long as possible. No other program will have you adding 7kg to your squat a week.

Based, split the muscle groups, 3-4 exercises for the big ones and 2-3 for the small. 8-12 reps for compounds, 10-15 for isolation for 3 to 4 sets and here come the gains.

Super sets & triple sets are for cutting you fucking tard. Your body is working at a higher intensity for a longer period of time. Splits are good also though when done properly. Also your physic is ass idk why people are praising your body. Your waist is to thick youe lats arent poping and you clearly have low hanging sholders, you should have gone with a frount double bi pose instead.

Do it until it stops working then move on, Don't think you have to do it for X amount of time or that you have to lift X amount of weight before you're "allowed" to move on.
Definitely don't do this. Milking it for as long as possible just means you're getting fat and constantly resetting. You might think "but I'm adding 2,5kg every workout" but the fact that you have to constantly deload means that in reality your progress is much slower, not to mention that constantly grinding out 5 rep maxes is a great way to accumulate some nagging injuries.

This is coming from someone who made the misstake of staying on SS for way too long, please don't make the same misstake that I did.
