Cable flys

t. manlet who just did a 1 plate front squat and thinks that makes him hot shit. kys, little faggot.

This looks dangerous. When you're getting real challenged by a heavy back squat you know to push your chest up. If you were to curl your back, your legs would come up without raising the actual bar, and then you're left with a real bitch of a goodmorning to get back into starting position.

It looks to me like if you curled your back during a front squat it wouldnt make anything more.difficult, which would make it easier to unwillingly develop bad form that would result in spine injury.

Basically for the same reason deadlifts send tons of people to snapcity. When the.bar is in front of.you, curling your back on the way up doesnt make it hsrder to reset.

The Press™.
front squat is top 5 fer sure, my mans, but it can't beat the OHP

Snatch

Clean and press. These are all good mentioned here, but nothing beats deadlift + snatch + front squat + ohp. Best exercise bar none.

>It looks to me like if you curled your back during a front squat it wouldnt make anything more.difficult
You'd fall forward. Why do you feel the need to school people on a lift you've clearly never done?

which is why you keep erect during the lift, not to mention that youd just fall forward, I dont get your point?

I think that means you're gay

Behind the back rackpulls with double mini monster bands

>I have never done this exercise so let me criticise it

Front squats are actually safer than back squats because if your back rounds, you will lose the bar and fail the lift.

Rounding your back results in 2 possible things: you fall forwards or you lose your rack position.

the best doping labs in the world

Please bitch, strict and heavy OHP is the God of lifts
>if your legs are weak the weight will crush you
>if your glutes are weak the weight will crush you
>if your core is weak the weight will crush you
>if your chest is weak the weight will crush you
>if your shoulders are weak the weight will crush you
>if your grip is weak the weight will crush you
>if your mind is weak you will never even attempt it
I can't think of a better way to test full body strength in one lift. If you are a male over the age of 15 and you aren't pushing an OHP within 20lbs of your bodyweight you are factually weak as shit

A clean is not a snatch my man

lol

based

Within 20lbs as in bodyweight±20lbs?

Overhead head squats

is it gay if your spotters ballsack rests on your eyes?

With baby weight it wouldn't. But once you get sufficiently heavy (and that doesn't even actually mean very heavy) you won't be able to hold the weight in a curved stance and you'll have to let go.
Also bailing out when the weight is in front of you is much safer

If you can lift more than bodyweight+20lbs, you can lift bodyweight±20lbs

dumbell shoulder press

>OHP within 20lbs of your bodyweight
this is a stupid metric. if you are 100lbs, bw ohp is weak. if you are 400lbs, bw ohp is world class

You're incredibly retarded.

God i fucking hate front squats i can t break more than 5x100 kg

If you can't lift bodyweight-20lbs, you can't lift bodyweight+20lbs

Who's 400lbs?
Since the average male is probably around 200lbs (worldwide) I'd say that rule works.
And honestly, the heavier you are, the more muscle mass you can have, so if anything it's the other way around

>tfw proportionally my front squat is much stronger than my back squat

Attached: 1559635442179.jpg (1051x1079, 83K)

i can do 5 x 100kg on front and 5 x 125 kg on back
is that proportional?

Yes, and?

Within 20 lbs of bodyweight sounds like you're good as long as your OHP is bw±20lbs

Front squats are the literal definition of weak millenial failure.

>ohh back squats are haaaard
>having a weight on top of me is scaaaryyy
>I'll put it on my front so I can give up more easily and not have to face the consequences of failure

Pushing an OHP that weight implies that you can push it but not that you can't push higher. Lifting submaximally (aka what you should be doing) has it's merits.

Know how I know you're a manlet? Adult men are over 200 pounds

>t. cant front squat

Get a load of this retard.

Triggered millenials.
Do you need a safespace?

We're just too tall to back squat comfortably. Maybe if you stand on an apple box and watch us squat you'd understand.
