Mon: DL, BP, SQ + support exercises
Tue: Mountain Biking for ~1 hour
Wed: Glute Ham Raises, BP, SQ + support exercises
Thu: Jogging for ~30 minutes.
Fri: DL, BP, SQ + support exercises
Sat: Mountain Biking for ~1 hour
Sun: Do as little as humanly possible besides eating, drinking (water), sleeping and lurking Jow Forums.

I work a very physical job. On rest days I literally rest. Might go out on the bike for a few hours after work. Might just sit down and watch a nice movie. I work out 4 days a week. If I go too hard on rest days I get tendonitis very easily and become even more prone to overuse injury.

For recovery on rest days I roll out my large muscles with a foam roller and the smaller ones and my hands with a lacrosse ball. If I don't my hands will ache so bad I won't sleep.
