I went to get one, and saw this fucking label.

Which is better for your body?
Mine probably doesn't, this workout is basically all the movement I get each day. I take multiple summer courses to speed up my education. So I'm stuck in a chair for a majority of the day. This two-hour interval I have right now and another one hour interval in the evening is all the time I get out of a fucking chair or desk.
I'm tempted to say the latter, since earning and then burning is better for the body, right?

Calories burned DURING a workout isn't even half the point.
You've got to spike your metabolism, which makes you body burb significantly more during rest, and this coincides with building muscle.
Imagine doing a workout based on how many calories the exercise itself burns. You're going about it completely wrong my man, and if you're trying to lose a significant amount of weight then prepare to have that weight in loose skin if you're just doing cardio bullshit seven days a week.

ON a salad? Never heard of it, but I hope not. No, I just eat my salad normally, then eat the chips after that since they taste good. Obviously not doing that anymore, but that's what it was.

The amount of calories in food now is staggering. What is considered a kids hamburger now was what a regular burger was back in to 30's.
The issue is that making more food barely costs more, but you can charge a good bit more for it, so the food industry consistently sells bigger portions because they get you to buy on value and they make more money, everyone wins except you're fat.
2000 kcals is an estimated BASAL metabolic rate: the amount of energy your body uses just to operate itself and get from bed to a chair and back again in one day.

Read the sticky, keep asking questions, and most importantly: start counting your calories in earnest. I swear to god, if you put THAT body on a 1500-kcal diet, you'd see your tits melt away.
