>without celltech
10 years
>with celltech
one week
the choice is up to you, buckaroo
Don't eat like a pig. Lift weights 3 times a week.
Are you willing to consistently put in the work? Are you willing to completely change the way you eat and live your life? Do you understand that it won't' be easy, nor will progress be as fast as you'd like it to be?
wiz found a recreational/physical activity that he enjoys doing which led to consistency which led to results. it also helps that he started eating though he's still a skinny dude.
you're looking for "the right" activity from randos on the internet when your quest should be to look for one the one that's right for you.
Celltech shill pls go
6 month brosplit with some light cardio eating only meat and veges.
I already lift consistently 5 days a week and I'm seeing some progress but not as fast as I'd like to, just wondering if there's anything specific I should be doing to attain this goal.
You're a lanklet so it will take a while
>Thinking getting in shape is some huge life altering journey
>In reality all you need to do is exercise 6 hours a week and not eat McDonald's every day
Lifting is a joke of a hobby
Wats celltech user?
Im new to this shit too.
What is your diet/sleep schedule like? What is your current routine?
WILL YOU SACRIFICE TO WIN (AND ALSO CHEAT ON YOUR WIFE -- PhD)!!!!!!????!?!
>>Thinking getting in shape is some huge life altering journey
It is.
>In reality all you need to do is exercise 6 hours a week and not eat McDonald's every day
The simplicity of it doesn't change the reality of the impact it has.
>Lifting is a joke of a hobby
Why do you lift?
i you think this drug monkey isnt roided you are deluded
Currently doing a brosplit that's more or less a P/P/L but every session is a different set of exercises and volume to keep things fresh.
My diet is kind of all over the place but I still live with my parents so it's kind of hard to control my diet. I probably eat 2500-3000 calories a day.
there's no way he's on roids idiot
>no way
I mean, it's not impossible.
>I want to have the body of someone who trains for mma but i dont want to train for mma
autism
neck yourself
am i the only one seeing this?
>pic related
Lifting is nowhere near the neuroscience it is made it out to be by avaricious kikes who have a profit to turn from people failing in their fitness goals and consistently sell the newest program/equipment/supplement.
You just
>dont eat garbage
>lift, while increasing weights over time
The most difficult thing is consistency. The guy who trains consistently for 2 years will look better than the guy who fucks around for 4 years on and off.
So you just admitted that both your program and your diet are shit, but you don’t understand why you’re not gaining?
Do people as delusional and lacking in self awareness really exist?
Stick to one fucking program with the same exact exercises and stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Consistently up your weights every other workout.
Clean up the shit from your diet.
Holy fuck kill yourself too.
smoke 10/10 cali weed every day for the anti-estrogen effects.
Rolling papers 2 was trash because he was busy getting swole.
>I'll never be left or right pic
wanting to hurt other people because you're unhappy with yourself is a sure sign of mental illness right?
Drugs
>favorable lighting
>eat marginally more
yep it's a component of many disorders that have to be internally fought against by the individual experiencing them
this is easier said than done, I lash out at people online even though I know I should not
I'd like to stop
gear
Post body geek
Why should I be doing the same exercises day after day? Wouldn't switching it up be best to keep your body on its toes?
>advocating muscle confusion
oh no.
>not advocating muscle confusion
oh no.
Do you think our bodies evolved to be doing the same monotonous routines over and over day after day, or do you think they evolved to be dynamic and face different challenges daily?
what kind of mental gymnastics are you performing to create a link between human evolution and effective weight-training practices?
specialization training works. you want to get better at something then you do it over and over again.
>he doesn't ScHOCk zE MuScLe
Hunter gathers weren’t purposely avoiding deer because they hunted deer yesterday and didn’t want to get stuck in a routine you fucking cunt
>Not doing MMA
Why not it's fun?
Settle down user, you seem a bit angry over literally nothing.
i think your brain needs to do some evolving
you guys may meme about "muh muscle confusion" but changing the stimulus when plateauing is a very valid way to train
