I started eating kodiak cakes with chocolate chips with a banana and shake. its pretty quick to make and tastes pretty good.

Just shotgun 3 tablespoons of folgers instant in 1 cup warm water with 3tbs mct to get the energy and lubes my guts for the coming metabolic apocalypse whenever I do eat.

4-5 eggs mixed into some rice and veggies, followed by whey powder mixed into a glass of milk.

I try and eat a bigger breakfast so I can go lighter for dinner, I sleep better if I'm not super full.
