>there are still retards in 2019 who run brosplits

Thanks for the advice, I do squats as well, I am thinking of adding the barbell press on a bench for glutes, what is your opinion on that? Also did you go heavy or go for reps on squats?
What would you recommend ? Are these called brosplits, what is bad about them
Leo Hill
Brosplits aren't good for natties. Smash PPL. Upper/Lower or a full body routine.

Isn’t ppl the same as brosplits?
Push / chest Pull/ back Legs
Am I missing something?

They are for people on roids so if you are on roids nothing is wrong

Best for glutes: >hip thrusts >Romanian deadlift >Bulgarian split squats Warning: you cannot do all 3 of these on the same day with any volume, you will kill yourself. Put the diddlies on one of those days, and the squats on the other.
Biceps There's at least a dozen curl variations that I know. You've chins, concentration, wide, spider, hammer, reverse-grip, barbell cheat, drag, Zottman, crossover...the ONLY exercise for biceps is the curl, but there's tons of curls

Nah not necessarily. Look at all the other brosplits posted; they all have a separate day for shoulders which can be hit in both a push and pull day. Also a PPL will generally (depending on the hypothetical bro split) have you hitting a muscle group at least a full day earlier than if you bro split. That adds up over time
