It's just fucking wafer cookies with sugar and whey. Gross as fuck. I eat them if I really need the macros when I'm traveling but they are hard to finish.

Yeah, the ingredients to make one are something along the lines of a quarter of the price premade ones are sold on store, it also has the same amount of protein and some anons were saying that it tasted good

Don't know the One recipe, but here is my cookie/bar recipe that tastes pretty good, you might like it.
1/2 cup quick cook rolled oatmeal
1/2 cup milk
2tbsp chunky peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1tsp cocoa powder
2 packets of Splenda (if you are scared of cancer you can use whatever sweetener you like)
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Put oats and milk in microwave for 90 seconds. Add your other ingredients and mix well. Put 4-5 blobs of mix on lightly greased cookie sheet. They don't spread so you need to smash them down yourself. You can make cookie shapes or bar shapes.
Bake for 13 mins.
Nutrition: 560cals, 46g carbs, 24g fat, 41g protein

and too much erythritol can actually make you constipated. Still i eat a one bar every day. 2-3 is probably not the greatest for your gut, but still beats eating shitty food and sugary bars.
No problem. Not poison, only good stuff. It also has almost the same nutrition as a One bar, just doubled. You can eat less and save the rest for later in the fridge if you want.
We have those One bars at work. Had one after the gym. Instant need to shit. It’s all onions protein too. I just eat Icelandic skyr now.
