Who the fuck cares. Lifting for others is literally faggot normie shit. ASCEND and realize you should lift so you can learn to respect and love yourself, which will bring nothing but positive change towards everything else in your life.
This is only, of course, if you are actually lifting, eating at a caloric surplus and mainly training the big compound lifts with the goal of getting STRONGER. At this point putting 4pl8 on my back and squatting that shit is akin to meditation, therapy and self-reflection all at the same time. Once you grow, you can rub that love and compassion off onto the people around you to improve everybody's lives.
