When you say gain weight, do you mean muscle or fat? Because muscle you can probably gain at best 15 pounds in your first year of lifting if you're serious about nutrition and have a legit workout routine. Your body can only make muscle at a max rate which would usually involve a tiny surplus of calories on your TDEE. It might be a 10% surplus which would still gain you some bodyfat unless you do 1-3 hours of cardio a week.

If you want to gain fat, you can eat 500 calories above your TDEE each day, so 3500 surplus a week which equals 1 pound of fat a week. That and if you workout too with enough protein you could maybe gain 1 pound of muscle in that month too. Or you could eat like 3300 calories a day and gain 10 pounds of fat per month.

If youre puking, eat higher volumes of lower density foods. It seems like theres almost no fruit, vegetables, or complex carbs here. Stop trying to eat the same thing every day. Try new recipes and eat out to get some variety and ideas. I was a skelly and gained 20 lbs of fat and muscle in the last 2 months. I eat cereal and a fruit and protein smoothie for breakfast, a peanut butter and fruit sandwich for lunch, and something random for dinner, usually with high protein density like beans or spinach. Eat more. Have sex.

Anyone else get supremely uncomfortable when people touch them? I've ended friendships because I they insisted on hugging. And I also have a hard time hugging women because I panic and worry that I'll do something wrong and be labeled a freak.
Anyway,OP needs to learn to drink his calories. Peanut butter is your friend. Carbs are good. And eat more eggs.

Soft boiled eggs, make 12 of them, eat 2 times a day, they're like soup but use water to get easier
