I've been doing 3 sets of 5 reps of 50 kg on overhead press for a few weeks now. What do you estimate my one rep max to be? The fifth rep is usually pretty heavy for me.

Pretty sure the 1pl8 OHP is the easiest of 1/2/3/4. Squat seems to be second, bench third and 180 kg deadlift kind of seems out of reach for a 71kg 175cm dyel like me.

Body weight overhead press is far above a reasonable goal for a novice lifter, I would say.
Perhaps you are more upper body dominant. I conversely can increase squat regularly, but bench is a nightmare.

check your foot stance it might be changing in between squat sessions and it greatly effects your muscle recruitment and strength

That's highly individual, because of leverages and potential carryover from other sports you might have played.
At a statistical level the 4pl8 deadlift is the hardest, with 1/2/3/3.5 being well-balanced.

Only the first set matters when assessing strength, whether you can do more sets after only depends on your work capacity. So what you're asking really is "is 1x3 less of an achievement than 1x5?", the answer to which is obviously yes.

My guess is your cns needs time to recover user. I've noticed during my deadlifts that when my cns is fully recovered I can rep out 3 plates like nothing. If I go for a 1rm when fully recovered I can get 4 plates easy but I need a good 2 weeks of lighter weight (around 2.5 plates) to recover and only a week after my 1rm even 3plates feels heavy as all hell.

Word. Any tips for increasing work capacity on heavy sets? I already do high volume sets

Yes I’m natty, the picture only looks big because of lighting/angles. In the video I’m not big and I do ultra wide sumo to compete with the roidcels. I have a bench arch but my elbow joint still goes lower than the bench.

Switch back to bar but makesure you warmup and do band aparts, dislocates, etc...

It's REALLY hard to move up in weight with dumbells, and once you start 45 lbs dumbells I'd imagine that barbell OHP would be less dangerous for your shoulders because it's more stable (and getting the bar into position won't injure you)
