Do any of you practice any combat sports as well as do intense cardio alongside oly lifting? I want to try my hardest to do all three of these things regularly, but I can't find the will or the time to do so lately, also i'm afraid that it would take a toll on my body (knees being destroyed from heavy squats and sprinting, brain going poo from combat sports).

I just want to be the strongest, fastest, deadliest person in my hometown...

Yeah, I do grappling and oly and all I can say is you're going to have to go lighter with one or the other. I'm part of a club so my focus is more on oly than grappling, but I still go to grappling. I just dont go as hard.

How do I practice going to depth on a 1 RM max effort on back squats. Are there any assistance exercises that help stability going parallel at least.

But going deeper you will handle less weight.

due to my fuck up in the clean I feel pain whenever I apply pressure where my index finger meets the palm of my hand.
that pain is felt on my index finger and thumb.
i've been resting it and massaging it and hurts much less now. my coach has had me doing bodybuilding shit (plenty of back squats, rows ,deadlifts, ...) while this heals up.
