Used to be fan of them, have used Ostarine myself. However I've just done a intern rotation at hospital and came across a dude who took Ligandrol for 5 weeks before he ended up in ICU with shot liver and kidneys. He's had a transplant and is recovering but yeah, wtf?
So know I'm kind of on the fence about them. You read all these reports where they used LGD 4033 just fine and got some good gainz but now I've met a dude who literally lost his liver and almost his life to just 5 weeks of it (Although, was it even legit LGD4033? That's another question)

me and all my bros brought our lgd from venogen, we all used to be dyels but we all gained solid mass. 2 months of SARMs is roughly equivalent to a year of natty lifting w/o sides like gyno or hairloss just test suppression while on them.

Going AFK for a bit but I'll type up a quick case report so you guys can maybe come up with some ideas what coulda happened cause I have no idea (Plus this case is interesting so I'm just sharing it with everyone for fun)
Timeline:
Patient starts "LGD-4033", sourced from a bro at local gym, bottle says it's lgd4033 and its liquid capsules. Dude takes 2x tablets a day (Don't know dosage, bottle was locked away and I aint about to ask the ward nurse to interrupt her day for a student)
Dude "Feels F'ing fantastic" for ~4 weeks. Beginning of week 5 he's pissing "solid black" urine, and his wife comments his eyes are yellow. Goes to local GP whom orders blood tests
2 days later when Bloods are in GP calls patient and tells him to head straight to ED
Labs (from memory) on admission
Bilirubin: ~930
Creatine: ~400
Urea: ~23
ALT's/AST's where slightly elevated but nothing you'd panic about
Dx: Drug Induced Liver Injury with Secondary Renal Failure (Essentially his bilirubin was so high it was precipitating out into his renal tubules)
Patient commenced on raft of drugs, however ~1 week of been on ward rapidly deteriorates, encepholopathy (Brain swelling), INR 5+ (Big ass bleeding risk), he's bad enough he's put into a coma, though he was pretty much already there anyways
Liver transplant is done (He was acute need so gets bumped up the list), patient recovers well but will be on immunosuppressants for life and all the other post transplant things
Other info:
- Dude was dyel, even taking into account liver issues he wouldn't of been big when he started LGD
- Dude did no research before starting it, didn't even know what a SARM was when i interviewed him
- Only co-morbidity was low grade untreated hypertension (~140/95)
- Not on any meds or other supplements before commencing LGD

Im about two months in to 25mg/ostarine and 12.5kg/mk-677 and its great. I lost a lot of weight over winter and now im back to where i was in two months. Up 12-15 lbs, all lifts up dramatically.
Appetite and sleep are great. Bear in mind i just gained back what i lost so it came on relatively fast.
