It's fine. The most critical part of the diet though in my opinion is just cutting out all the process shit which is widely accepted in the western diet.

If you do keto, you still need to do it clean unlike the leddit retards

If you're cutting eat less carbs or don't. Doesn't really matter as long as you're getting results. If you're exercising you probably want some carbs but don't go apeshit.

funny thing, the left is actually healthier

Based

>0 grams of fiber on a high fat diet
>healthier

26lbs down in less than 2-3 months, i like it. filet mignon every day, switch up some greens, i can get used to it.

>fiber
>healthy

God I love that Trader Joe’s coconut oil. Best quality for the price.

I eat 34 grams of fiber a day and shit once a day, I feel no stomach pain and my shits are so smooth and easy that I never have to wipe.
I'll admit, I have massive shits, but never has it been painful or difficult, I just sit and let it out.

I don't know what he is trying to categorize as high and low fiber diets but from what I can tell, with my anecdotal experience, he is full of shit.

Makes your hairline recede

its good if you want to be dyel

If your shits are that big that means you have absorption problems

it's not extreme enough

The only absorption issues I have is with fats and that Is due to me not having a gall bladder. When I was eating next to no fiber, post op, I was having nonstop sharts and that yellow liquid shit fat people get with fat blockers. Eating the recommended amount of fiber fixed that almost instantly for me.

Wonder why you lost your gall bladder

36 lbs down in 46 days for me

By consuming a ton of processed foods with a ton of sugar filled beverages.

But since you're resorting to insults I think it is pretty safe to assume that you don't have an argument. Thanks for the video tho, it was interesting.

there's people thriving on keto who have had their gall bladders removed.
one of the speakers at carnivorycon '19, I think it was miki ben dor, had his removed and does fine on keto.

I should have clarified, but I do keto too. But like I said, the consumption of fiber helped me deal with my deficiencies when it comes to digesting fats. My main source of fat is coconut oil because of MCT.

Hell yeee slidding im down wit that

Spinach, avocados, nuts, seeds are extremely high in toxic oxalic acid. That shit doesn't belong in the human diet.

>virgin pressed coconut oil is the shit

Plants are overall shit, and don't belong in your diet. Especially garbage high in carbohydrate which is just another form of sugar, which also elevates blood sugar all the same. Carbohydrate activates the hormonal system for fat storage, which is why plants are so shit, and even worse when you mash them with fats as is described in human physiology as per "The Randle Cycle".

There is only one reason why plants would be a benefit
>to get fat before the winter, during the harvest, to put on fat to burn in the winter months

But to chronically trigger this human fat storing mechanism 365 days a year, that's a big no in my book. You're also begging for a ton of metabolic disorders. The most popular one is diabetes which most people have heard about.

What should I eat then?

vegan if you want to live

Listen to a boomer here. Keto is just another fad, and it's pretty easy to spot. When a health benefits of a diet can be reached without it's restrictions, it's a fad. When a diet hides it's downsides and dangers behind a vague excuses, it's a fad.

Not a big fan but any diet that gets people to look at what they eat can be a good thing. Just know that you'll have to make almost all of your food from scratch. Any processed food could have filler carbs inside. If you can afford it do it

Oh look, a LowCarbDownUnder doctors trying to sell you a diet program for 365$ a month. Why are people so naive ?

NOOOOOO YOU NEED TO PAY CALIFORNIA TO SHIP YOU LETTUCE AND AVOCADOS GOY

>put literally hours of content online for free
>"b-but they're charging"

it's the same with everything, gotta make money somehow, best way to make it is from people who want their hands held

it just works

Didn't work for me, couldn't maintain it, and almost all the weight loss I achieved crept back in four months. 4kg permanent loss is still a victory but not even close to minus 22kg I had at peak. If I could maintain that diet indefinitely I'd recommend it but no.
