If you wanna get called a fuckboi and meet a certain type of woman, go for a selfie in a mirror. I'd reccomend wearing a shirt and having it open to soften the blow of you basically getting your flesh out in such a transparent way. Make sure you're face is in the picture; don't look up towards the lens. That makes you look like a crazy bitch. Look down, and angle your face slightly off centre.
Or, as others have suggested, take topless pictures in a place where it makes sense you'd be topless. Like in the bath or something.
