I'm still a dyel and I'm only a month into SS, but I'm seeing the results I want to see. Jow Forums didn't even meme me into the routine, my athletic trainer gave me the routine and diet.
It's hard to see gains after one month of working out. That's probably just pump (increased blood flow) in your muscles after workout that's making you seem bigger.

Well of course it's a pump, but even relaxed I feel stronger and faster. I gained like 8 pounds this month. Friends and family have noticed my steady gains, I know it's early but I'm happy with my progress.

there was a guy who posted this spring a few times asking for anons to rate his progress, i'm pretty sure it was a victim of SS+GOMAD. before he was a skinny lanklet but actually had perfect twinkmode going on but the "progress pic" was just him being a fatass. people told him he looked like shit and should cut but then he would just throw a fit when you told him and he couldn't accept he looked like a fat 40yo. sad! many such cases.

So I've been squatting for some time already and my ass and quads are "massive" but I have literally no hamstrings. Any reason why they aren't activating from squats, deads, etc?
Also when I do shit like use the smallest rubber band to do hamstring curls, it feels like it's going to cramp.
My hamstrings literally look just like a straight line from the back of the knee to the start of ass. No visible rounding of the muscle.

I'm missing part of my right peck so it's hard to build mass there. I'm working on getting my chest stronger, but it will never be lel aesthetics.
Dude I get you are trying to bulk but adding 6 pounds of fat a month is just retarded, you need to cut your calories till you are gaining around a half pound a week, maybe a pound a week at the most. Being fat wont make you look any better, just my two cents. You already look pretty cut so any muscle mass added on will look noticeable on you.
Are you sure you're not lifting with your back for deadlifts? Some other user gave advice that I found useful, your hamstrings should feel like a taut bowstring before you pull on the DL. You might need to sit back more into your stance.
