>172cm >77kg (I was 86kg before) >1h cardio workout 3 times a week >1500 kcal diet
guys wtf my weight did not budge for the last month, am I doing something wrong? I don't snack, only drink water and I never skipped my workout for the last 6 months, should I start weightlifting? I always thought I should loose more weight before I start doing that (my goal was to get to 26% bf doing cardio alone)
I guess your BMR is something around 1500 to 1600 kcal so you should eat a maximum of 1000kacal if you want to lose weight.
Always calculate with your BMR forget about burning calories through activity levels it will be way way less than you think and these apps tell you.

Listen here little baby. You're gonna get a lot of hurtful and degrading comments, but that ain't what I'm about. Let me just say, you are perfect the way you are. You hear me sugar? PERFECT. Don't ever change. You deserve anything and everything you want. Stay safe for me, baby girl.

I'm 82 at the same height (male) and my lower legs aren't anywhere near as chunky.

Take off that pj and give me a bj if you know what im sayin mhmm

>3 hours of running will fuck your knees up lmao what? Marathon runners must be walking on powdered legs then. Also running builds healthy cardio and conditions legs. Lifting doesn't make you "fit" just lean.
Angel Scott
Gallon of milk a day you dumb bitch

my gf is about 165cm, 70kg, was 80+ and she does 30~mins cardio (20 crosstrainer, 10 treadmill) 3x12 squats, 1min30 plank and 3x20 crunches - mon, wed, fri
And she didn't start losing that much weight, at first because her diet was bad. I didn't live with her back then and she was drinking soda, snacking, buying chocolate etc and she went a good 3months with little change, then I went strict on her got her to cut that shit out and she dropped it all within a couple of months. Her diet was a dam that stopped the exercise from flushing out the fat.
She was one of those types who were adamant that they just couldn't lose weight easy and now after that period she's realised it was her diet. She's stalled again now because she's relaxed her diet and her socialising with friends basically means a big meal at some restaurant. So now she basically maintains 70kg and she has nice thin arms, thick legs and ass still but not exactly gut-free.
You're coasting, just like her.

eat less you fat bitch it's not hard
Justin Thomas
lifting gives you lean muscle mass, the more muscle you have the more your TDEE increases just from the muscles existing
Landon Foster
done that already, but I guess I should eat even less to loose weight. I have been loosing about 1,5kg/month - except June, hence my wondering if I'm doing something wrong (and I know, the progress is slow, but with tits that big I'm scared to loose weight faster than that)
thanks for the advice user
Ian Davis
Fuck off and die. Stop trying to get attention
Alexander Clark
Start a cam show where you play vidja for 10 hours a day with those milk trucks splayed out all over the place pls.
Josiah Rivera
You're stagnating, it happens. Eat at or slightly above TDEE for a week or two and then resume your cut. Don't fall for memes. Also, post more pictures.
Grayson Price
I have fat tits, thighs and calfs, other than that my stomach and arms are decent looking for my weight - this pic is probably not the best choice, I'll post more later so you guys can see my figure better
Juan Ross
That's not what "fit" means though. And actually isn't really pertinent to anything I said, but whatever. You might be super lean but struggle to climb a flight of stairs. I have seen it many times. To be considered "fit" cardio, endurance and muscle conditioning are more important. Just lifting by itself doesn't really have that many health benefits at all now that I think about it.

Milktruc jus arrive

Fuck off, roasty.
Leo Fisher
eat less. 1500 cals is a lot for your height. try 1000
Parker Jones
Mmmmmmm those milkers
Nathan Rodriguez
Please take those out and show us.
Oliver Cruz
>1h cardio workout 3 times a week Lower that to 15-30 min and actually do it with some intensity. Also change your diet, calories are not everything.
Dylan Wood
If you're not strong, you're not fit If you're not lean, you're not fit unless you live in a cold climate If you don't have endurance, you're not fit If you're not healthy, you're not fit Fitness is a group of attributes. Lifting alone won't make you fit but if you don't lift you're likely not fit. Calisthenics can be ok up to a point If you're not losing weight you can lower your calories even more and make your metabolism struggle once again as it tries to cope. Once again you'll feel like shit and weaker. Or you can just fast for better, faster, healthier and easier results

Dont listen to your goybit telling you that you burned 800kcal during your 1,5h weight lifting session. It overestimates by about 600 calories

Disagree. Know tons of people who don't lift but are 100% fitter than the average body builder.
Liam Morris
you're fucking dense. muscle mass is strongly correlated with longevity.
Ryder Williams
They're definitely healthier than the average competition bodybuilder, even natty bodybuilders. But not fitter if they can't lift 1/2/3/4ish
>correlated You said it yourself. Calisthenics or stuff like climbing is healthier though. You wont injure as easily and the muscles you get are more useful >inb4 small big =/= healthy. especially considering roids and the aversion to cardio as well as the - let's be honest - not very healthy diet.
Mason Walker
>3500 calories per diem sounds more reasonable love
> I have fat Period. You’re still fat based on photos provided. If 1500cal is your BMR, then you should be eating 1300cal AND doing cardio AND weightlifting every single day. Want consistent results? DO NOT subtract the calories you lose from workout from your calorie deficit (1300cal if you’re following). Get a fucking food scale and COUNT YOUR FUCKING CALORIES. Because you’re probably lying or counting wrong or both. Now fuck off
Jordan Perry
I doubt that, post a naked pic so i can confirm it

The human body adapts, you ever heard of the term "diminishing returns" or "beginner gains"? You are going to have to change your workout scheduel, a program that is good for this is p90x because the idea behind it is muscle confusion. Another one is insanity its alot of fast moving cardio type work outs. Both programs are relativly cheap, at home, and effective. If you have a gym membership how ever, find a program that works for you. Everyones body is different and reacts differently to a program. Id reccomending
Blake Wilson
eat less you fat fuck
Jason Mitchell
you probably have more muscle + bone mass than her tard
Josiah Howard
Jaime Eason used to recommend that women eat 10x their goal weight (in lbs) in calories and lift weights. If you want to be 120lbs (54.5kg) you should be eating 1200 calories. And lift weights.
Austin Butler
a diet plan to lose weight. Calories are good. Download the my fitness pal app, its free. You put in basic info, it will give you a generic plan. The main thing you need it for though is the food log. Make sure you keep up with it and it will give you an estimate of your macros. There are so many diets out there just make sure you find a plan that is reasonable for you.
Justin Moore
did she post milkers yet?
Dominic Lewis
>am I doing something wrong? I don't snack, only drink water Yeah, you obviously still eat too much, you fucking mouthbreather. Read the sticky, you daft cunt.
>1h cardio workout 3 times a week Cardio is shit. It's good for the heart and the lungs, but it's not very efficient for calories and muscle. Lift instead.
Also, you're probably badly counting your calories.
work on your sleeping schedule, try to stress less, increase your workout routine to at least 5x a week and stop attentionwhoring online
Ian Mitchell
>172cm / 77kg >1h cardio workout 3 times a week >1500 kcal diet As someone wrote, you're stalling. Try lowering to 1200 kcal/day with that routine. If you remain on the same numbers, go down to 1000 kcal/day. But that would be too low in my opinion for a lady with your height and body composition. In such case I would train 5 days / week keeping your actual 1500 kcal intake. You have a nice body, curvy, very feminine. Perhaps it's gonna be hard at first but results will be great. You're gonna make it.
tl;dr: increase the workout frequency and "play" with the daily intake going down or maintaining.
fellow femanon here: you want to start with liftinging, and cardio that's 'gentle' on your joints like swimming or rowing. Then gradually intensify both.
Seems like you've already got the habits of eating and working out down, well done! Stay strong, you can definetly make it.
Also don't worry about the inevitable Jow Forums cancer here, this shit-hole is 99% teenager trying to be edgy or middle-aged forever-incels
Recalculate your kcals Eat greens DAILY Don't train harder I repeat, DON'T TRAIN HARDER I would even suggest stopping your cardio regime, and centering on the diet and some yoga/calisthenics on the side It's easier to eat less if you don't train Caloriewise it makes sense, but hormonally training goes against losing weight, in favour of maintaining what you have, or gaining more

weight lifting is already one of, if not the, lowest injury rates in sports. guess what you just listed, activities that build and maintain muscle mass. you're fucking dumb. stop trying to argue against muscle. nobody said roiders are healthy.
Bentley Perez
>weight lifting is already one of, if not the, lowest injury rates in sports. Source?
Juan Howard
>weight lifting is already one of, if not the, lowest injury rates in sports. My ass That's bullshit from "injury rates from impact" but the amount of people getting injuries from retarded weights, equipment and regimes is outstanding Chiropractic Care scammers exist for a reason
Hudson Kelly
great advice, thanks user! I'll switch to the workouts you recommended and see if they make a difference
Benjamin Mitchell
yeah, I've been thinking to go for 1200kcal for some time now, and see whare that gets me. thanks for the advice!
Carter Bennett
No way you are eating only 1500kcals and not losing weight. I have the same height and when I'm cutting at 1500Cal I lose 1/2 kgs per week easily even when I'm not very active. Show us you average day meals.
Bentley Rodriguez
thanks for the advice anonette! nah I'm used to the Jow Forums's conversation standards

I always thought women have harder time to gain muscle mass than men, so there's no need to worry about gaining loads of weight during weightlifting at least that's what I've been thinking this whole time
Lincoln Thomas
I hardly believe you can maintain that milk factory on 1500 You are probably doing good but the bingeing, so rounding at 1850 at the end or something like that You are fairly tall Eat your greens
