eat calorie dense foods. go up gradually. as you eat more and more your appetite will raise too and it gets easier

I am severely underweight and have a hard time eating.
I followed the general guideline of 2000kcal a day for a person.
Since i am a 6'3 20 year old male who works out it got me to a nice 140lbs bodyweight.
Turns out i need 3000-4000 calories a day wich is way more than i am used to eating.

Eating big is easy. Eat a lot of carbs for your calories, get a lot of liquid calories, eat often. Have something you can snack on often like a baggie of nuts and dried fruit. Measure the calories in everything you eat and start your meals with the calorie dense starchy carb stuff, then your proteins, fats and then your fibrous carbs. The only excuse for staying small is a tight budget and even then there are options like potatoes, you can buy a fuckton for pennies

I usually have some sandwiches or a wrap of like chicken and stuff for lunch, don't usually eat breakfast.
Then i'll have like 1 or 2 clifbars as a snack
For dinner i have carbs like rice or pasta or something with like minced meat or chicken
I average around maybe 2500 calories a day right now wich is low for my stature

when people say "usually this and usually that" and lots of "maybe" and "or", it says to me that their eating habits are off

now, people can handle this type of eating style, but if you have trouble gaining or losing weight, it's not recommended

but heres what you can do:

1. double the wraps you eat and keep the same content. a tortilla wrap is usually 300 kcal, so you'll get an easy 300 there without eating barely anythign extra

2. add a glass of whole milk to every meal, minimum 3 times per day. don't do stupid shit like GOMAD though

3. create a tomato sauce for your minced meat with added cream or whatever dairy product you prefer

its sounds like your protein intake is very low though, like sub 100g

nigga, start off by eating breakfast every morning. Just makes some oats. Easy and can be done in less than 10 minutes. Add a banana to that and glass of milk. There, you had a well rounded breakfast.

And then maybe 400-500g of minced meat for dinner, thats ~20g*8 protein per day not even counting protein from bread and pasta and stuff.

150-160g (raw) of chicken/minced meat is usually enough, as that equates to ~30g protein

maybe that's your problem. you could easily split both of those meals into 2 additional meals, which would let you add more carbs and fats and such

I guess thats the problem, they have a lot of volume but not a lot of calories.
One tortilla wrap with 300g of chicken breast is barely 500 calories and it fills me up to the brim
