He's 190 (6'3") and says that when he goes out in Podgorica, he is the shortest of his friends and about average among young males. Even in Slovenia, which is the shortest Balkan country, the male average at 18 is about 181cm, meaning the tallest young males are on average about 183cm (quite a few males grow after 18).
