Is all the bulking and counting macros etc really necessary? I feel like you can make amazing gains if you have a good program that you stick with, eat balanced and sleep a lot

Still a manlet

Hes been benching for 15+ years

His legs barely reach the ground

No, calorie counting in particular is a total meme. All animals have built-in calorie counting systems (which is why they maintain weight easily). Literally just make use of that, fine tune it, to lose or gain weight as you need
The only thing you need to be aware of is sufficient protein. A healthy athlete's diet is based on carbs, so no need to count anything if you select adequate foods to eat

And you’re an incel

>macros etc really necessary?
If you have really shitty genetics and struggle a lot, yeah. If you're an average male then no. Just eat a lot.

>This guy benches 2.5 times his BW, takes 0 supplements, and just eats normal meals his wife makes
Well, that's the difference. Maybe he can lift twice and a half of his bodyweight with only eating normal meals, but if he was actually serious about lifting he would eat more, inject creatine and kre akalyne and other steroids and become at least 90 kilograme. If he can then bench double.5 his weight it is considered good

Edit: 2.5 times his bodyweight is like 125 kilograme, that's like noovice or so
Litarel weakling and he probably can't even deadlift 300 kilograme

just in case this isn´t bait. what crosses my mind here is where he could have been if he did take several of the well researched supplements and makes sure to hit the low end treshold of protein requirement and cycle carbs-fat for intra workout-recovery benefits?

A solid program based on skill repetition and progressive overload, combined with a beneficial diet and sleep is perhaps 90% of what you need.. but the extra 1-10% you get out of supplements, meal timing and frequency etc can be worth pursueing in my opinion.

Yes you should do exactly what he does and also crispr his genes over your genes

he’s benching 200kg in that photo you moronic fuck

Well then he probably does steroids of some kind, you moronic fuck

>benches 2.5x his bw while having the legs of somebody with cerebral palsy
Post his total so we can laugh. If you reply to this post your mother will die in her sleep tonight.

>and just eats normal meals his wife makes.
Maybe a good girl is worth a thousand bitches

He roids tho

size doesn't equal strenght fatty

My point flew over your head newfaggot. Nobody cares about a lift being X times of somebody’s body weight if they don’t train the whole other half of their body. Get it r*ddit pal?

Have you ever owned an animal, they will literally eat themselves into obesity if you don’t ration their food

size does equal strength, a bigger muscle has more fibres to produce power

This, the guy is also middle aged and has a normal life/family.

But 15+years of bench pressing and some good genetics will get you there.

>program that you stick with
95% of this board on suicide watch lmfao

post body
i hope my mother does die in her sleep, i assume it’s nice

He's a genetic freak. Bless his luck. I hope his children get the same. That being said, 99% of people aren't going to have his same results at that bodyweight?
>I know Jow Forums has become a shitposting hellhole, but talking about these outliers is a waste of time
>Let's splash Larry Wheels down in fraud and ask them why they haven't killed themselves yet

His wife cooks him beef that’s been fortified with test and tren every night

Yeah? Am I?

>guy who trains the bench for 20 years is good at bench
who would of though
