guys, how do I unfuck my hand.
when I bench and place the bar pressure lower in my hand it causes extremely sharp pain in my left hand.
my workaround has been to roll my wrist back a bit so pressure ends up higher in my hand, but isn't this too much flexion or whatever and will cause me to fuck my wrist?

I have the same issue when taking a grip for dips. For me, the problem is caused by incorrectly taking the grip in such a manner that the weight rests right in the middle of your palm instead of on the base of the hand, on top of the wrist bone like it should.
The issue is easily corrected by taking a proper grip.
Use a bullgrip (just point your index fingers in when taking the bar) and it should be solved. This type of grip is what mark rippeteo recommends you do and he has videos on YouTube teaching you how to do it.
If your issue persists come back and ask one of the stronger, more experienced guys here as this is as far as I know about concerning your particular issue.

Are thin comp plates worth for home gym? I'm thinking of buying them in next 5 years (they're gonna cost me about 1500 euros without shipping I think (4 pairs of 25 kg plates and a pair of 20,15, 10, 5, 2.5 and 1.25 kg).

They're probably not. The problem is that you can't do enough deadlifts to maximize back hypertrophy without burying yourself

The smaller muscles of the upper back sometimes require some direct attention as well
