some people use straight bars or single hand attachments.
I've noticed some people in my gym have started to use 2 of the single hand attachments as well.
Use it lat pull downs. Seated should be with what is normally on a lat pull down. Wide grip. Don’t believe me? Ask Dorian Yates
Close grip lat pulls.

In my gym, some one had the idea to use this grip to pick up a barbell and do t bar rows with it.
It works fine, i never really did sets with it because i just barbell row though.

The two obvious one are for Cable seated Row, and T-Bar Rows. But sometimes I’ll use it for Close Grip Lat Pull Downs
use it to build an M2 Browning
It's for your grip. Hold it in one hand and try and squeeze it shut

This shit does nothing for me except biceps. I have relatively short arms compared to my torso/shoulder width so I need to grip very wide to engage my lats, preferably with something like pic related, and I grip it like I would an EZ curl bar.
What I'm saying is, if you don't feel this thing working, or only feel it in your arms, you should probably get something wider that maybe also supinates your grip slightly from the neutral.
Why is it better than just doing close grip?
