Any physical disadvantaged guy here who made it? I do not mean those well proportioned people who are just skinny, but people with shitty proportioned skeletal frames, weird/bad muscle injection and so on.
Share your experience, how does it feel to go from being a weakling, who has 0 presence, and could get his ass kicked by some kid just hitting puberty, to someone with a presence? How hard did you have to train and suffer just to reach an average state, that normal people enjoy without doing anything?
what's up with those child bearing hips is this waist to hips ratio normal?
Carson Lee
Why not? Gluteus muscle groups are one of the strongest in your body. And everybody uses them, even when you just sit around.
Mason Adams
Also I cycle regularly.
My legs are thin but normal. It's really my disproportional small breast cage and thin arm bones.
Even my mother weighs more than I do and has bigger hands and wrist than I. And she surely does not do any weight exercises or sports in general.

Really weak with fucked up proportions, not enough to make it a medical case.
I do some push ups, sit ups and a pullups/chinups from time to time, but I do not even get noobgainz. Lifting something like even 20kg is tiring me out.
If some sport body check up, analysing your fitness, were gor free, I would so it.
exercise hours shit is confusing. You can exercise 12 hours and have less muscles than someone who does just 4 hours a week.
Isaiah Turner
Just play with the exercise per hour stuff. I think it just plays on the body fat level, implying the more exercise (not weight lifting) you get, the leaner you are.
They are not there. Even average males that do 0 exercises have them visibly built if not hiding it under all that fat. As I said, my mother has bigger arms, wrists and hands than I have.
This is me currently. I'm trying bulk up to 78kg for that perfect BMI and lift while doing so. When I get older I'll bulk up even more, perhaps to 90kg for that bearmode. For now I wanna enjoy my youth aesthetics.
OP here again, there is definitely some muscle imbalances going on, huge ones.
E.g.
I cannot activate my traps and lats to do the pullups/chinups. I got a burning sensation in my forearm (and sometimes some shock with lose of strength, but that is another problem...RSI), but no sensation from any of my back muscles.
I cannot hold my leg lifted sideways for a long time. I do cycling and walk regularly, so it should not be a problem.
