I finish my exam tomorrow so Im gonna have 2 months to do what I want to lose fat because I can't look myself in the mirror anymore Im 5'9 for 186 lbs
I had planned to do a diet : high protein and low carbs so 150g of protein and 30-40g of carbs I think ? and fat I don't know Im gonna buy a scale and go for a deficit of 500-700 calories I want to lift but I don't have a program ans they are too many program on internet I can't choose one so if you have a good one tell me
Days I don't lift = HIIT with my punching bag and maybe a jumping rope
Sunday = nothing
I think Im gonna lose weight until I reach 144 lbs I think and after that gain weight and muscle and cut after
I just need some advice for food and a program for beginner
I was 185 at 5'8" January. Down to 163 as of this morning. My biggest mistake was not lifting and just dieting the first 3-4 months. Ive only been lifting the past 2.5 months or so and my body has already morphed more then just dropping weight. Also 145 is really fucking small, just cut and lift until you see abs.
Theres this thing called sticky. Look for a dinosaur. Good luck with your gino nips btw.

Calories in, calories out. 0.65g/lb protein. Eat 500cals under maintenance, exercises 500cals a day. Full body twice a week. Should lose 1-2lbs a week depending on how well you stick to it.
Don't give up. Consistency is key. 70% effort 100% of the time beats 100% effort 70% of the time.
Programs don't matter. Diet fads don't matter. Eat the amount you are supposed to eat, eat carbs you'll need them. Lift weight.
Do this and you'll make it. Fall into the trappings of min/maxing, obsessing over minute details, meme diets like keto, and so on, and you won't.
It won't make any difference what way you lift weights as long as you lift weights, you just want to get some noob gains in while you lose body fat.
Good luck friend. Don't get discouraged, don't sweat the details. Get back on the wagon always. In 6 months it won't matter that one time you are something you weren't supposed to or didn't do cardio that day. Just be as consistent as you can and love and forgive yourself for mistakes.
With that gyno you will be better off doing a bit of cardio and taking hormones to transition. You probably won't need a lot as you are already far in the transition process

Ive been seriously lifting 2 years and the biggest advice i can give you is dont rush anything. If youve never seriously trained before just do the big 7 twice a week. Focus on form not how much you can lift.
If you eat a lot of crap dont just jump into a salad for every meal. Order what you normally would at mcdonalds but get it with water instead of coke.
Take baby steps and let your body grow, its about consistansy and if you try to rush it or take shortcuts your body will rebel and you will fail. 2 months isnt enough time, you will look better in 2 months but to really get anywhere it takes 8 months to a year to get newbie gains

I think you should use these 2 months as a diving board to a whole life changing transition.
Use these 2 months to establish good eating habits, self-control, and self-awaereness.
Most people fall off the wagon because they lack self compassion. They punish themselves for every mistake and forget every success.
We insult ourselves and hate ourselves for every stray thought or desire that goes against "the plan" to become fit.
We need to integrate and reconcile every part of who we are and accept without judgement that sometimes, a lot of times, we will struggle. This is okay, and this is human. We all struggle to change our values and behaviours, it is a necessary part of growth.
So just remember this when you cave and eat that yummy desert and immediately feel like you've just blown it and it's all over.
It's okay! Just keep going, keep moving towards that goal, and you'll make it.
That's me at 100% Health diet and one bad thing and I think I have fucked up all the thing I did

wouldn't have guessed 186 if you really are 5'9. drop weight before worrying about adding mass.

Don't listen to the bullies, OP. They're mean and disgusting and I hope you can manage to improv yourself and be happy with your bod :) You posting for advice is a clear first step and a sign that you have started walking on a good path. Just don't stray too far off this path (:
