Before agriculture the only time we could procure carbs where about 3 months during the summer and the supply was very limited. Carbs are literally just there for bodybuilders to get an insulin response. Fructose (your healthy fruit "superfoods") in particular go straight to the liver and fat storage. You have 5g of glycogen in your blood at a time, you don't need to refuel it with 700g of carbs. Not to mention how the mainstream is to reduce fat increase carbs when every carb heavy food is some nutritional midget with no bioavailability and 50/50 antinutrients. Low fat is also terrible for your hormones as you can see with vegans hitting menopause at 23 years old.

If you get your body fat adapted then eating carbs is just redundant because you're getting all the macros you need in meat.
