Disc Golf 3x a week
punching bag 2-3x a week.
It is hard to lift because i enjoy doing ^ more and i lose power and distance in my drives after lifting and my arms are useless after lifting so punching is not an option

I like it to. I do prefer a sunny day for a run, but running under the rain is good as well. You get warm after a few minutes and the rain is refreshing.
