semen

Yes

Water

A non-comodigenic cleanser and moisturizer twice a day and after the gym, CeraVe is good for the price
Stay hydrated
Use zinc sunscreen and apply every hour when outside for extended periods of time
Charcoal masks once a week
Zinc pills twice a day
Unprocessed foods and a balanced diet with plenty of veggies and no excess sugar(even fruit), alcohol, or carbs
There's a product used in place of shaving cream that acts as an aftershave as well, it's called Shave Secret

Collagen from bone broth and real vitamin A from liver regularly.

>plenty of veggies
>no excess carbs
I give up.

Excess carbs as in grain. Normie language for grains.

meat

Is shaving cream necessary? I stopped using it a while ago because it just makes a mess

I use the oil. It's not necessary unless you are prone to ingrown hairs or acne.

Acceptable but I still think liver/organs and bone broth are the most important. Zinc, collagen, vitamin A, bit of vitamin C, and fats to make you "glow" more and all are in meat with zero sugar. Maybe fermented food as well for gut health thus less chance at autoimmune symptoms like rosacea. Vitamin E is snake oil. It's not proven to do jackshit but it's in all the cosmetics because it's a "healthy plant product."

Carbs are just sugar no matter the source the difference is only how fast they are broken down into energy or stored as excess fat. Plants don't really help with anything skin related. You can eat plants but the liver/organs, fats and bone broth are the most important for skin health from what I've seen with my own two eyes.

Vegans have notoriously bad skin too. Sunken in eyes, malnourishment, skin issues like redness, rapid aging... The only benefit is less lactose, which they just replace with fructose. The pretty ones on Youtube do every trick in the book to make themselves look healthy. Implants, pounds of makeup, lighting, extremely young age. The key is meat despite what blender/supplement salesmen might say.

I agree with everything else you say.

Soap is better anyway. Shaving soap lasts forever too.

Don't get a canned shaving cream. Get one of the English or Italian ones that you lather with a brush; I like Taylor of old Bond St. You use a pea sized dab of it, work a good lather like a soap, and with a brush you can control where it goes. Shave soaps are great too but I find the good creams lather way better for a lot less effort.

I've collagen peptid power and collagen pills the last couple of trips to the local warehouse store. Is this a meme or something I should look at adding? Getting old enough I'm starting to get a few for head creases I wouldn't mind doing something about.

cringe

water
8 hours of sleep
clean diet

Badger brush, shaving soap or that cream stuff, safety razor is the absolute best way to shave.

Depends on the ingredients but if it comes from an animal it's probably fine. I don't really like taking supplements though. It's criminal that they're allowed to sell "vegan" amino acids or "vegan" collagen. Might be cheaper just to buy stock or make it yourself too.

As for the creases the best thing would to not be scared of animal fats because a lack of those accelerates "aging" i.e. gives you wrinkles up the ass. Beating the dead horse again, a common issue with vegans is lots of lines really early on and that comes from their lack of real fats. The seeds they eat for "fats" are just oil.

Dermarolling might be worth looking into if you care that much. No experience there though.

>clean diet
What a pointless platitude.

Say what you will but used to have to shave twice a day in the military cause my shit grows back so fast and this was the only stuff that saved my neck from looking like a minefield.

I could get away with not shaving for 2 days. But now I'm pushing 30 and still can't grow a beard, so I don't feel as lucky.

That shaving stack is god tier for people who need it to be baby smooth because of patchy beards. When people can grow full beards they just use the electric because it's easier, looks like the movie stars and modern shaving tools suck so much dick it would be literally painful to shave everything off.

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of their women.
Once a week.

Yeah it's not even patchy though, it's non existent. I literally just grow a thin haired goatee.
