122 done. 4:13-4:58.
Arms giving out often after 100.
Rotated between regular pushups and diamonds for sets of 20 until 80 when I started failing on diamonds, and stayed with regular. Will post pic shortly.

Did one set of 86 regular push ups. Took less than two minutes. The las 26 took longer than the first 60.

How does one do a proper push-up?

Some people say your arms have to be 45 degrees from the body but it's bullshit. They can be anywhere from 90 to 0, the later working more tricep and shoulder and the former more chest. Make sure you fully extend when you push and that your elbow breaks 90 degrees when going down. Feet should be together, leg fully extended, torso straight like doing a plank.

>tfw left elbow always makes clicking noise
Should I be worried?

I’m fat and DYEL I can’t even do 20 in a row lul

Lmao the thread will be dead by the time I’m done with that
