this is correct, at least partially. Don't know about fiber, but carbs, when I eat lots of it my poop is softer, pooping is harder and I have to wipe my ass for 20 minutes.
When I only eat protein and and fat the poop goes out smoothly, it is very nice, and it is always ghost poop, paper is clean on the first wipe.

try psyllium husk, has shit tons of fiber at 85g per 100g. it's sold as a fiber supplement but is just as good and much cheaper if you buy it at your local supermarket. eat a few grams (like 1 small tbsp) per day. spreading the grams out is apparently better but I don't have to. do this for at least a few days to see the effects. I have to wipe 0-10 times using this.
