Lost 15 lbs,gained 25,lost 30 gained 40. After that I gained another 20. This is just to say that I've lost weight and bulked up massive amounts so I feel like I can share my experience. The one thing I found that everyone on weight loss needs to cut is sugar. You can try keto,vegan, or any other diet but your #1 goal should be to cut out sugar.

You can also lose a good amount by just eating 2000 calories/day. You've got to be consistent about this though because one cheat meal can set you back a lot unless you're fasting hard

CICO is the only true way to weightloss, certain methods like keto or IF can help shortterm but most people wont be able to uphold these diets for a long period of time. Tdeecalculator is a very useful tool for cutting or bulking, if you want to cut just substract 500 calories from your maintenance, if you feel like you could do more do it but don't go overboard with it, as that will be counter productive and not maintainable over the long run.

Best way to reliable weight (atleast for me) has been consuming high protein foods as they tend to satiate you for longer, keep eating at the same times like lunch at 12:00 - 13:00, dinner at 17:00-18:00 this helped me reduce the amount of snacks I ate throughout the day.

Weightlifting is ideal when losing weight as it doesn't increase appetite as much as cardio does, it actually boosts your metabolism when you build enough muscle, you won't look like shit after weightloss which is probably the nr1 reason most people stop and gain their weight back.

And stat tracking in the gym is pretty fun especially if you used to play alot of grinding games like WoW or diablo.
Due to this you are not solely working out to lose weight but also to increase your lifting capacity, multiple different goals set for an increase in motivation (in my experience)

Summer lasts for 3 months and losing 10 kg by that time seems to be kind of unrealistic especially if you have not yet build a base with weightlifting and diet.

I have lost 14,5kg thus far with PPLPPL and started seriously focussing on my diet and work regime at the start of NYR. Before NYR i have been going around 4 times a week to the gym (nothing wrong with that) but my diet was utter shit still ate alot of junk food and snacks which results into 0 gains, and putting in such effort with little or no improvement can become very demotivating/depressing, so please don't be past me and when you go for it, go all in, dont meme with your diet, don't meme with your exercises.

Eat once per day lots or protein,fat and carbs. Excercise daily. Ez weight loss. In fact this is the most easy weightloss i have ever done. You wake up at 6 am eat at 12pm go to sleep at 8-10pm. Wake up repeat excercise. See fat to dissapear.

I will post picture in month since im morbidly obese but past this month i lost like 7kg.

I lost 10 kg (25 lbs I believe) in less than a month with OMAD + zero carb + kinda moderate exercise

Start IF, go from 16/8 to 20/4 to OMAD for best results, or even start doing 48 hr fasts every once in a while if you can stomach them

Start zero carb. Not keto. Just super low or no carbs, high as fuck protein, low fat

Start drinking snake juice to keep hydrated and perked up, especially if you're going to workout (it's salt + potassium, just google it)

You can easily drop a pound a day once you get into deep ketosis BUT you will hit a plateau so don't get discouraged when you keep the same weight for a week or so, just keep persevering and one day you'll piss out like 3 liters of metabolic water (it's actually kinda scary if you don't know to expect it)
