Anything grip related. Deadlifts, farmer walks, reverse curls, and wrist rollers are the exercises I use
How are preacher and concentration curls for forearms?
I get really bad pains in my forearms when I do preacher curls, I used to assume that it was from DOMs but now I cannot go a set without feeling it
It's below my wrist on the outside of my forearm, anybody know what's causing this?
if you are using a straight bar its strain on the bone. use an ez bar and grip it at an angle so that you dont do preacher curls with both palms up
same, ez bar doesnt help, just do pullups or one arm curls

For me, I just do almost everything I can in the gym thumbless and it's worked well enough. Grip has never been a problem for deadlifts - it's always something else that gives out first.
Grip is the main thing holding me back in all my lifts, my grip always gives out first.

Thumbless rows, chins, curls fucking everything you can. If your grip fails before something else, switch grip at failure and finish the set.
Also farmers walks of feasible, weighted holds (careful of bicep tweaks), rack pulls, deadlifts, dB rows just do a lot of grip stuff

i got the same shit, it's your ulnar nerve is impinged probably because youre a PC gamer with bent wrists at the mouse and keyboard often. way that I fixed it is just work through it unlike a pussy, eventually got used to having that pain pulsate down my arm after every preacher set and it went away as I stopped being a dyel. everyone I knew had this problem has been a skinny limp wristed dweeb so start lifting serious kid.
also really focus on activating only your BICEP when preacher curling. it's very easy to want to activate your forearm/wrist muscles to pick the weight up, you can practice against this by extending your wrists down all the way to make sure only your bicep is being activated

I pretty much have legendary forearm and grip strength genetics. Forearms were more muscular than everybody else before I started lifting and can deadlift 4pl8 with a double overhand grip with no direct grip training. Get on my level, faggots. Fuck your straps.

How are wrist rolls for forearm gains? My forearms were pretty weak so I started to develop tendinitis in my elbow due to the imbalance. However, since I've started wrist rolling the pain has subsided.
