Shoulders are literally the most important muscle to train if you're going for looks. Wider frame, v-taper, prevents your arms from looking disproportionately large, smoothes the transition from the pecs to the arms, and shoulder strength is important for almost every upper-body exercise.

So what did y’all do when 3x5 linear progression on OHP stopped working? I milked it as long as I could, and i also do shoulder isolations but after hitting 130 for reps it would take like 3-4 sessions to add 2.5 lbs for 3x5.
Should I do 5 sets of triples? Do 3x5/5x5 and alternate days with 3x8? I don’t want to do a specific strength training routine just want to work something into my routine that’ll help me bring the number up a bit.

I spent high school barely moving a muscle. Still somehow wasn't overweight, just severely skinnyfat, with no muscle. I still barely have any muscle, but I have made major advancements in bf%.
I think it's time for me to hit an actual gym and get some whey protein. Eating just eggs (and still not hitting 150g protein/day) and doing weak ass calisthenics has only gotten me so far, and very slowly.

Probably not. If you're fat lose weight for sure but otherwise focus on your social game, meet girls, flirt a lot etc. This is far more effective than tinder as you're in the moment and not competing with expectations.
The trouble with lifting to become more physically attractive is you'll get locked into a mindset that you just 1 more PR away from being "ready" to start approaching/flirting with women. This 1 PR will flow into the next PR and the next and the next and years and years will go by and you'll still have made no social progress. This might even harm you lifting hobby because you may become fed up with not making any social gains and then give up lifting.
Instead lift, but lift for the joy of the discipline, getting stronger and being a better you. However don't think this will get you a girlfriend. What will get you a girlfriend is getting comfortable around women, flirting and being social.
