My whole life, I've never had any energy at all

My whole life, I've never had any energy at all

I wake up tired. I live all day long tired. I have to force myself to do everything.

I live a healthy lifestyle. I have everything going right for me... What the fuck is wrong?

It's hard to keep on living like this honestly. I see people who have energy and motivation and it makes me so bitter and angry.

Probably deficient in something, bad food or bad sleep.

What are you eating? Are you getting enough sun (vit d)? Have you been to the doctor to check your vitamin/mineral status or if you have rectal aids? Are you depressed?

kill yourself.

eat meat and vegetables
take a multivitamin
visit a GP to get generic normie disease tests done
visit a shrink

Could be sleep apnea. Might want to get a sleep study done.
For general health, you could try: Ashwaghanda, Rhodiola Rosea, Resveratrol, Gotu Kola. Those are some good adaptogenic supplements.

Are you fapping? If so, slow down or stop even. Waking up is so much better. Not gonna lie, I still have a little lethargy, but it doesn't knock me out as easily as it use to.

Sleep Apnea?

I get a full night's sleep every night. I eat a variety of healthy food, lots of protein, vegetables, etc. I drink tons of water.

I haven't been to a doctor. I'm depressed as fuck but only because I'm sick of being a tired sack of shit. My life is perfect otherwise, literally everything I want.

I guess I probably have some kind of disease. I keep thinking something will change if I just live healthier or work out more, but it won't. Maybe I have cancer or whatever.

Low test, used to wake up feeling like death everyday, test back to normal and now I jump out of bed in 5 mins

Sounds a lot like sleep apnea are you a mouth breather? Ever broken your nose?

Unironically exercise more
I had the same problem as you and I always wondered if there was something off with my genes or if I had an undiagnosed disorder or something.
But after lifting for a few years and having some really crushing 3 to 4 hour gym sessions I realised that it was a mental weakness, not a physical one.
>you get that initial burst of low energy
>mentally accept that you are tired
>allow your posture to slump and put your body and breathing into what I call 'low power' mode
>saps your energy
>eventually you give up and rest as if you deserve it
>some part of your mentality associates this 'low power state' with being dead tired so you always feels miserable and quit once you reach it
Push past it user. If you are getting 6+ hours of sleep, eating right, and working out, you are almost never as tired as you think you are. Also:
>those people who have energy and are motivated all day are abusing drugs like caffeine or just mentally stronger than you

>lots of protein
What kind of proteins? Do you eat a lot of red meat? If not you might lack iron. Most people lack vitamin D and so do probably you. We can only guess, you need to get your gay fat ass to the doctor

>test back to normal
How did you do it?

To gain energy, you have to use energy.

Start slow, friendo. I think the more you do physically you'll notice your energy levels go up.

That's... just not true.

I had the same shit till I was 18, took me at least 30 minutes to wake up and would look like I hadnt slept in 10 days.
I did carnivore for 1 month 5 years ago and in 2 weeks it was fixed, took me literally 5 seconds to wake up
After that I slowly reintroduced foods back and found some I was allergic to, as soon as I ate them I had a reaction and the next week I woke up fucked up again. Now I just eat a normal diet without those things.

If you dont want to try carnivore cause it's too extreme, do fodmap/elimination diet, imo it has a very good chance of curing you.

if you're not depressed then just see an actual doctor about this. but i think you are depressed user. got everything i want in life my ass. something is missing and you know it.

Get your TSH thyroid levels checked OP. I was feeling the same way and it turned out I had hypothyroidism for 19 years

Tablets, depends on why your test is low desu, you'll need to get some blood tests

Based. If you're too tired to live then just die OP.

>just die OP
Based and diepilled

>I'm depressed as fuck
This can sap your energy, you know. Not only your mental motivation to do things, but even neurologically/physiologically.

Other than the obvious blood test which you should do, I would find some low floor, high ceiling hobby like woodworking or gardening. Start with the easiest possible thing, watch Youtube for tutorials/ideas. Creating things gives you tons of satisfaction, even if the things are simple and easy, and that's a gateway to doing bigger things. This boosts your confidence in other areas of your life.

Also I would highly recommend you start a systematic approach to getting things done. Pick one thing on your list and do it/work on it within 1 hour of waking up. Motivation is much higher in the morning than later in the day when adenosine builds up in the brain. In fact, pick the thing on your list that you specifically DON'T want to do. Your satisfaction after getting something out of the way in the morning rolls over into getting other stuff done the rest of the day.

I can tell you as someone who's had anxiety and depression, this makes a massive fucking difference.
