I known food cholestorol does not become blood cholesterol.
There is something else in the eggs killing people faster.
I used to eat 6 egg omlettes.
I started to read Pubmed metastudies and systemic analyses on all cause mortality.
Big reveal: fruit isnt that great and wholegrain/oats actually is.
Another big reveal: eggs are as bad as processed red meat and less bad than unprocessed red meat.
Looked into omega 3:6 ratios (n-3:n-6). You need to aim for 1:1. Most westerneres get 20:1.
If you eat 100g tin of sardines (omega 3) you offset 450g of beef (omega 6) (!!!!). Amazing. Eat sardines and you can eat red meat, lower all cause mortality rate.
If you eat 100g sardines ... you only offset 160g of egg. WTF. Thats only like TWO eggs.
Two eggs is worse than half a kilo of lean beef.
I now eat 1 egg a day MAXIMUM. Most days ZERO eggs.
Eat ground beef and sardines and whey for protein mostly.
Will live forever.

Thats a total of 3g of salt for 23g+92g = 115g of protein.
I follow Stan Efferding vertical diet but am neutralising my omega 3 omega 6 ratio with the sardines.
I get my remaining 3g of sodium from frozen vegetables and white rice and adding salt.
500g beef and 100g sardines is 3g of salt.
3g of salt is 1.5g of sodium.
All-cause mortality rate according to sodium consumption follows a 'J-curve' where getting only 1g a day is as deadly as getting 10g a day.
So 1.5g for 120g of meat protein is absolutely dead-on. Since meat will always have a bit more sodium than other foods for preservation.

I dont think Omega 6 or omega 3 are single substances. But you cant deny they are a category of substances. read the literature. Dont claim that I believe they are a single substance when I dont.
The thing I said about sodium was in reply to another guy saying sodium was bad in previous thread. I defended sodium throughout my comment. Dont say I said sodium is bad because I didnt. Its healthy up to a surprisingly high amount. USDA recommendation is way too low. The the safe amount is even higher if you exercise more than normies (e.g. you exerice at all).
Its not just the omega 6.
I hate to say this but... the latest literature is starting to say its something about the cholesterol again. But they arent sure what exactly.
But also buying omega 3 eggs is quite cost inefficient compared to a sardine or salmon habit
