No, they will only exacerbate it.

Nope. More like 10 days

if you fast looking like this you're just going to become a skellymode, which took me 2 years to break out of.

What do bros? I’m not looking to do prolonged fast because I’m surrounded by gains goblins.

You're skinny enough judging from that picture. Go lift.

What a sad pathetic body

You don't look fat retard. HHave you ever seen a fat person?

Yhen do sevral 48h fast with keto refeed between

How do I cut the love handles?
No bully pls

lift weights. you don't even look bad. better than 60% of normies. if anything you should be in a caloric surplus.

fasting is a fucking meme by the way.

why is it a meme?

>no bully pls

Ok im sorry.

you're fine, but start lifting or working out if you haven't done that already

all you need to do is just eat less and eat within a time-restricted window, then the fat will come off in no time

because you're damaging your body by literally cannibalizing yourself. i tried it once to see the "benefits" and couldn't function or study on day 3.

>being this mentally weak
lol

this. intermittent fasting is better and more manageable than water/dry fasting. also a calorie tracker like myfitnesspal works wonders.

OMAD is better.

Love handles are the worst.
I read somewhere that if you do 200 burpees everyday you lose them in a month, but this is even harder than Squats or Planks so I never did more than 50

That's why you don't do it every day. I personally do it 3 days a week.

It's how your body genetically stores fat and it will come off last. Eat a clean high protein diet and lift heavy

>damaging your body by literally cannibalizing yourself
that's the definition of a diet you fucking fat sack of shit

you don't know what the fuck you're talking about in the slightest, try actually doing some research before you attempt to try it you goddamn moron
it's definitely more efficient, but people's schedules vary so I think it's best to emphasis intermittent fasting in general rather than OMAD

drop a little bit, but don't go overboard, otherwise you'll become a skelly like me. Once you drop some weight, start bulking that weight back. Obviously lift the entire time.

You don't need to fast. Fasting is just the latest fad Jow Forums has hopped on for whatever inexplicable reason. Just lift.

Fat loss is only controllable with diet. You can do all the exercise in the world and still have love handles if you eat like a pig. Weightlifting does help a bit to tone the muscles though.

how do i lose fat without fixing the reason why i got fat in the first place?

just stop eating bro! that way you can burn off this pesky fat and go back to a life of mindless eating only to end up right back at square one!

both are just CICO

both have been proven to be no more effective in weight loss than simple calorie restriction

HOWEVER, if you have self-control issues both can be beneficial, IN SHORT TERM

in long term OMAD has been shown to cause binge eating and even less self control

>because you're damaging your body by literally cannibalizing yourself
That's true of literally anything that causes you to lose weight, retard.

long-term fasting is very effective, and I've tried it several times with minimal/no lose of strength, certainly no greater loss of strength that what I've experienced with a standard cut that takes a longer time.

However, it's not a miracle. Keep in mind that like half the weight you lose is going to bounce right back because it's just water weight, glycogen, etc. And also keep in mind that the first few days post-fast, upwards of about a week, you're going to feel ravenously hungry as your body tries to get back to its set point. It's not intolerable, but you just have to keep it in mind and not binge eat. I find the most effective thing to do is to go from long-term fast to OMAD.

Keep in mind that this has particular advantages. For example, let's say you have Chad's Beach Party coming up. You know you might not be able to sustain the lowest weight point from your fast, but you can time it so the last day of your fast is right before Chad's Beach Party so that you're looking your most shredded right when you're in front of a bunch of friends/acquaintances shirtless. Sure, you might end up losing definition in the following few days because there's going to be weight rebound, but you accomplished your goal anyway.
