Home-made popcorn, prepared in a microwave, with salt and sweetener rather than sugar and no oil. Got into it after seeing it had a high satiety index and it actually seems to work. Scrambled eggs with added egg white. More protein, fewer calories. All green vegetables, basically. Spinach and cruciferous vegetables are especially good. Raw onion. Raises testosterone, difficult to eat too much of.

So I usually eat rice, brocolli, and chicken. If I want to cut would I just eat less of it?

Please tell me more? I always make it on the stove in a pot with oil. How do you do it in the microwave?!?!
Noah Morgan
More chicken, same broccoli, less rice. You want to increase protein slightly, keep your vegetables and reduce overall calories.

Thanks man, I appreciate the advice.

I make homemade pea soup. A gallon of it has like 3,000 cals but a cup is filling as fuck. If you have an Instant Pot, it only takes around 2 hours to go from ham bone, water, and pulses to a thick ass stew with chunks of ham steak and carrots.
Literally just put it in a container and microwave it on full power for a few minutes. The popping is caused by the water inside the kernel flashing into steam, so you don't actually need to get it that hot. Oil generally just stops it burning to the inside of the hot pan, but that isn't an issue in the microwave. You can buy special containers to do it in (I did, because I managed to melt an improvised one and it wasn't expensive to get a proper tempered-glass one) or just use a big, tough bowl with a lid, or even a paper bag. Add the sweetener (I use xylitol, but whatever you like) and salt (I use low-sodium stuff to get extra potassium, but it doesn't really matter) after cooking. It doesn't stick very well, but you can just roll the bits around in the bottom of the bowl to load them with flavor.

Make it into a smoothie. Add a scoop of whey, half a cup of strawberries, half a cup of blueberries, and some milk.
