lots of farts a day haha got heem
Stable energy, but may cause bloating and farts if you dont rinse thoroughly or your gut bacteria sucks. I have been on /COBAD/ for a year now more or less, first for weightloss and now for stable energy. It also makes me feel good, far better than other carb sources. Just started lifting a month ago.
Just soak and cook dried beans. Way cheaper.
Takes 3 hours to cook and still end up too crunchy. No thanks not all of us are NEETs
You have that backwards. NEETs are the kind of people to eat canned beans out of convenience. Anyway you're supposed to soak them for 24 hours and then cook them.
Gotta watch out for them BPA bro
>Soak beans for 24 hours
But beans are canned in water
You leave them soaking through the day, drain them when you get home from work, and then boil 30 minutes in fresh water. If they're crunchy, you aren't cooking them long enough.
What if I want some beans right the fuck now?
Am I missing something? Are beans from a can unhealthy or something?
imagine eating only one can a day
I found a 20lb bag of pintos at walmart for $7 (on clearance)
That shit changed my life, dry beans are based
then you make a big batch ahead of time and refrigerate it?
Do I look like I have that amount of foresight?
I eat a can of beans a day and I'm doing fine slowly gaining weight. Be sure to buy the unsalted ones though
