How do i into /bigguy/ mode?
>ballon up to 100+ kg
>still have tiny arms
Oh nonononononono
> be constantly in caloric surplus because you don't care about abs
> lift big with progressive overload
Nope.
Why yes, we lift for strength. How could you tell?
Not proving me wrong there, mate.
Do you think they all fucked after taking that picture?
because they look like they enjoy their time and don't hate every moment of their life?
lmao jesus man imagine being muscular and shit and still having a gut like your typical mcdonalds welfare slave....jesus what a fail
no because they are overweight and think you need to be fat to be strong and achieve arbitrary numbers when you dont even compete lol
I don't think that at all, but I still want them
>powershart cope
Nah, i'm pulling your leg. But seriously though, going on a slight cut for 3 months wont kill you bro. The guy on the far right would look pretty good if he lost some weight.
Not every trip in plg is high bf %. I mean, they would all look awesome if they cut, but I doubt they care about it.
Virtus looks lean year round (he's on insulin due diabetes).

God i wanna be big
And that is somehow worse than people who feel the need to get to 5% bodyfat even though they will never once in their life step on a physique competition stage?
you don't need to be fat at the point of competition, but you WILL need to get a little fat for a period, at least during training, if you are natty and want to get strong. anybody who disagrees with this has probably been training
Gymcel Prime
Kek, he's in the article.
get out fatty
>he thinks people really believe he enjoys the home gym
>was kicked out of his gym after multiple complaints of sexual harassment from female members and staff
Which is why bulking is a meme
Dirty bulk is a inefficient method, but controlled bulk where you gain 0.5-1 kg monthly is good.
how strong is isley now? forgot he even existed
thats very slow unless you've already been lifting for years
