The great spam

power cleans do not belong on a beginners routine

I like not having to learn how to do power cleans, that shit is complex

Currently doing SS, I've been seeing good gains. In phase 2 right now and learning the power clean is definitely a stepping stone, but I'm willing to put in the work.

no debate actually, you will look like shit with both.

Sorry bro it's 3/7. 3 rest 15s 4 rest 15s 5 rest 15 s 6 rest 15s 7 rest 15s rest 3 minutes then repeat.

Remember that just arguing shit won't get you anywhere, look for actually empirical evidence.

No memes: Will power cleans actually make me stronger or look better?

SS

both of them require some assistance exercises, three lifts three times a week just ain't enough

other than that they're like the same fucking thing who cares

If you do SS and you're worried about people thinking you're doing a meme workout, just go to failure in your last set. If you do >10 reps double the weight increase next time.

Too little volume even for beginners. Sub 450 wilks faggots will try to tell me otherwise.

they will give you massive traps and make you more coordinated

Gonna piggy back on this with a similar routine I don't have to start my own thread...

What if I did bench press, squat, overhead press, deadlift 4 to 5 times a week? HIIT cardio everyday. Would this routine slim me down? 288 right now, need to get down to 260 by October. Would it at least build the muscles necessary for a body shape to be mired after a year of the routine?

That's fucking retarded. The 3-7 group did more than 1.5 times the reps that the other group did with the same weight. Of course they had more growth

you can gain muscle just spending time around dangerous men, evidence based exercise does not work

Rows are just the worst so Starting Strength wins

That’s literally just greyskull lp

behind the neck ohp sounds retarded for a beginner just because when you are inevitably forced to drop the barbell you will be laughed out of the gym

>T. Backlet

I'd swap Incline Bench over Flat, OHP over behind the neck and then you have the GOAT fullbody workout.

I know lmao
