He was able to gain 35 pounds and now is at 225. He mostly did it through eating dirty, though. Lots of fast food and southern comfort food were his secret to gaining fat. Even though he didn't gain much muscle, the 35lb of fat made a big improvement on his figure and his health as well. He has more energy now.
