I have pretty damn bad anterior pelvic tilt

It may sound fucked, but I have pretty much all of those except from the one on the right. I have never played sports and never exercised in my life. That'll hopefully change next month

It was next month all the time, wasn't it user?

post posture please

>post posture please
I don't think that would be a good idea

I can gain about an inch if I solve my anterior pelvic tilt, right guys?

Slightly forward head but otherwise good posture.

Why next month? The best time to start was yesterday. The second best time to start is today.

Lumbar lordosis

>good posture
>mil neck
lel nope try again

Please don't write posts like this. It is just too much truth to handle

I don't know. I say to myself I need to do this and that first to be ready. I partly realize now it is just me coping

You don´t need to be ready. The first thing I did to start losing weight and becoming fit was murder my fucking legs by running in street shoes for like 8 km completely untrained and fat. I couldn´t walk for like 3 days after but it was the first step, the most important thing, regardless of how much of a stupid idea it might logically have been.
Do literally ANYTHING RIGHT NOW and then go build from that foundation.

Bro one important lesson I wish I had learned earlier is you gotta do anything first to be "ready".
I'm not ready is woman talk

I had forward head until i solved it using tips from one of Jeffs videos

I artificially induce the sway back, gets the most ladies.

Its the one thing thats holding me back from becoming a chad

>tfw forward head and a touch of LL and TK
end me

Based

How do i fix anterior tilt

same but also lateral

i'm dead lmaoo

2 & 3 here
> hip thrusts help a bit

me too. I've build up better strength in the abs and back but lack of glute and hamstring strength leads to rotation again. Not as bad though.
