Any tips for digesting shit loads of food...

Any tips for digesting shit loads of food? I was born premature and underweight as shit with small joints and the whole shebang and as such I am on an eternal bulk just so I can function.

I recently ran into some weird problems with my digestion/keeping food down that I've at least partially solved by seriously cutting down on how much I eat and what I eat. I've lost 10lbs since April and I'm looking quite gaunt, lads. Do you guys have any tips and tricks for downing shit loads of food and keeping said food down and shuttling efficiently through your digestive system? I'm sick of having to choose between no gains and being a literal skeleton or having gains but feeling nauseous after eating, having my last meal forming a lump in and tickling the back of my throat, and constantly having stomach gurgling/movements that sometimes will wake me up at night.

How do I into an iron stomach and quick, squeaky clean and efficient intestines, Jow Forums? My shit has calmed down for the most part now, but I'm really not eating a whole lot and funnily enough it looks like I'm cutting for the summer with how lean I've unintentionally become.

just dont eat too many poison karambwan and you'll be fine

We are not your doctor
Sounds like something a prescription can fix for the nausea
I heard this nausea-after-eating happens to anorexics with gastroparesis and the food sits there accumulating all day until the last meal is added ontop and makes them too nauseous at night. The solution is liquid foods.

Eat digestible foods. So no beans or grains.

Drink raw eggs
High meat also helps if you aren't a pussy who is afraid of eating it

Also zero fiber zero carb

Look up what stan affording feeds the biggest freaks in the world and why

Sry stan efferding

chew the shit out of your food, but at the same time chew it slowly and really enjoy it. i used to have gas and digestion problems that i pretty much solved just by actually chewing my food properly and slowing down. also cook your food thoroughly, esp. meat if you eat alot of protein. lots of people just throw the meat on the fucking pan, that might kill the bacteria but the meat is hardly softer. slow roasted meat is always easier to chew and digest.

Try:
>Betaine HCl
>Digestive enzymes
>No water and hour before and after meal
>Chew a lot more
>Elimination diet
If all this fails, see a gastroenterologist
Don't listen to this stupid faggot

>Any tips for digesting shit loads of food? I was born premature and underweight as shit with small joints and the whole shebang and as such I am on an eternal bulk just so I can function.

I know the feeling, I had to eat olive oil as a baby just to not get underweight

Start drinking lemon water on an empty stomach 30 minutes before you eat anything, it increases stomach acid production. To increase stomach capacity (so you can fit more food) drink a lot of water at once (say, 1 liter to start, then the next day 1 liter and 200 ml, etc, do this away from meals obviously).

And eat soft and nutritionally dense foods (like soft boiled eggs, and well seasoned meat)

I will never understand skinny fags and they will probably never understand me. I can't imagine having to put effort into eating; I can wolf down 5k a meal 3x a day no issue and still want a massive milkshake. Me being 20% bodyfat is fucking discipline in the same way skinnyfags bulking is discipline idgaf what ya'll say

would do anything to trade shoes and lift on a bulk not lethargic all the time and stop having borderline sexual fantasies about burgers and fries and ice cream and garbage food 24/7

also go see a doctor you weirdo

I was really skinny and desperate like you describe. Honestly, just go to a good nutritionist, preferably specialized in sports nutrition. Make sure the nutriotionist looks like he/she lifts. Stick to your diet religiously. That's what I did and I managed to put on a lot of muscle.

Try eating 5k calories of eggs if you're so tough

I can legitimately, and believe me I'm not bragging, put down a dozen eggs at once, with bacon and waffles and syrup and shit to boot. The only thing I actually have trouble scarfing down a lot of is chicken breast unless it's fried lmao.

Oh how I dream of the day 5 months from now when I'm bulking and can eat 300 over my tdee

>Me being 20% bodyfat
>would do anything to trade shoes and lift on a bulk
You are lifting on a bulk.

Egg

having high bf% acts like a weak bulk functionally but literally fatties still suffer with lethargy like anyone else on a cut especially if it's a cut worth a damn i.e. 1k+ cals

>t. former fatso

>put down a dozen eggs at once, with bacon and waffles and syrup and shit to boot

That's because sugar impairs your body mechanism to tell you're full, try eating eggs without any sugar or carbs on the side

>nice

Do the Vertical Diet. Its literally designed by and for athletes who are trying to consume as many calories as possible with the least amaount of digestive issues.

80% of the diet is fatty beef, white rice, and chicken stock. Do that and add some Spinach for health with eggs and whole milk and you are set.

OP you could have something seriously wrong with your stomach. I had the same thing happen to me, nausea after eating, constipation and more recently i had heartburn for 3 months everyday. It turned out i had ulcers caused by h. pylori and 2 polpys growing on my colon. Thank fucking God i got bad heartburn because of the ulcers because the polyps were mutated cells (cancerous) and i got those fuckers cut out.
If you were you I'd go for an endoscopy, just to be safe. 1 more week and im off meds time to start lifting again wew

Weight loss in 6 mo?
Are your stools oily?
Do they float?
Are they excessively foul smelling?
Do you feel bloated by food type or quantity?
Frequent gas or burping?
Consistent diarrhea?
Unexplained stomach pains, esp after you eat?

Not him but from I've seen this diet is basically micronutrients focused, then the macros are completed with meat and rice, everything the least processed as possible, very good

>RS3

Absolutely disgusting

based trips of truth.

>I had the same thing happen to me, nausea after eating, constipation and more recently i had heartburn for 3 months everyday
What was your diet like? What were the macros ratio?

>leddit spacing

Just eat alot of high quality meat honestly, it digests the best, also eggs cooked lightly in butter is a great high calorie meal. Try out different carbs or veggies that doesnt bloat you or make you fart, i would probably try sweet potato/rice/normal potatoes first

fishing lvls?

OP here, I'm very grateful for all of your replies!
>Weight loss in 6 mo?
10lbs since this all started in March. I got a vasectomy and had some undercooked turkey burgers on three occasions that month
>Are your stools oily?
No
>Do they float?
When my symptoms are bad and I have small, constipated shits, I'll shoot out baby-fist sized rocks that will sometimes float; I always feel like I have more in the tank to expel but it just won't come out. If I'm feeling fine like this morning I'll have nice, long, easy to come out, satisfying logs that lie obediently at the bottom of the bowl. Felt like my bowels were cleaned out and properly emptied this morning, and my digestion was doing really well last night. I didn't eat any triggering foods in the evening, so that's probably why
>Are they excessively foul smelling?
Have not noticed anything
>Do you feel bloated by food type or quantity?
Lots of food seems to fuck me. But one time I ate like 3 whole packets of graham crackers and...nothing. My stomach tanked all that shit with minimal issue. High fat ground beef ALWAYS causes issues and makes me wanna puke, same with Organic, With the Mother, Vegan, 95 Sprouts and Grains!, Grassfed and Cultured! For Your Healthy Diet! types of high-brow bread like Dave's. Milk and whey will fuck me up some and so will anything over like 2 eggs.
>Frequent gas or burping?
Consistent small bursts of gas when things are bad, but it's not super smelly or noisy or explosive or in-your-face in any way. I do get burping and hiccuping and when I deliberately eat triggering shit and too much of it I'll upchuck chunks of food from my windpipe into my mouth.
>Consistent diarrhea?
Sometimes but it's not the green sewage looking muck you get when you're sick. It's just brown and not completely liquefied.
>Unexplained stomach pains, esp after you eat?
Some, again when I eat triggering things/too much.

Should note that I've been steadily improving ever since I quit my antidepressant

I've noticed that I handle chicken breasts, tuna&deenz, sweet potatoes, brown rice, avocado, and some yogurt really well.

Standard polak diet, 30-50-20 fat-carb-protein somewhere around 2800cal a day. Im 5"11 180lbs at the moment
Red meat, fish, potatoes, beets, sauerkraut, pickles, red label and coke and a shitload of butter on everything

Alright, user. Good answers. That was part of the initial EPI screening used at our Comprehensive Cancer Center. You ticked enough boxes by our standards to make me suggest you actually get screened and dont tell your physician you heard about this on a monkey fucking board. Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency could be an issue youre dealing with and could explain the symptoms. I see patients who have these sympyoms, esp the high frequency small burps post meal, that have everything ranging from EPI to IPMN's. Go see your Dr, get a referral to an HPB (Hepato Pancreatic Billiary) specialist and start getting a work up. Best case scenario you get something like creon which is an enzyme replacement, worse case youve caught a major problem and can begin to address it. Go see your Dr this week.

As a follow up, these symptoms are consistent with pancreatitis (perhaps smoldering) and the longer they go untreated the more permanent damage done. Drink 2-3L of water a day and again, get a referral to a specialist.

yeah stick to those and get some fatty steaks for calories, no need to make it over complex. Veggies imo are not that important, although avocado is probably the best option because it has atleast some digestable vitamins in it. If you live in the states try some raw kefir/raw milk, pasteurized milk can cause more digestion issues if you already have them.

it was probably the coke, sauerkraut and alcohol destroying your gut
