If you're gay yeah

>he's never done seated goodmornings

How would you even activate your hamstrings if you do good mornings seated?

Use a footstool.

Yes, but I feel it every rep.

Not as gay as buddy assisted donkey raises.

It is but aside from pull ups is an amazing back builder,

No it’s definitely one of the more alpha lifts.

How do you guys feel about DB Rows vs Barbell?

I can obviously load more weight on a barbell, but I feel like it's too easy to cheat compared to dumbbell.

Most I can do with proper form is 65lb DB and 135lb BB

That chink from all the old karate movies broke his back doing that shit

When I first started working out I did dumbell rows and the gains from those kept my upper back the strongest part of my body even though I took years off from lifting.

Those are pathetic lift numbers

You're more doing them for your erectors than for the hamstring stretch

Depends. Im biased against them as my bw is too low to do 135 without putting too much stress on my lower back to keep from falling forward. Deadlifts are fine and i love seated cable rows and pulldowns though. Just these are undoable for my body type

All rows are good

I can row a 115 lb dumbbell with one hand 8 times but can barely row a 135 lb barbell with both hands why is that?

I like barbell more, I think the optimum way to do it is lower volume for barbell rows so you don’t get as much of a chance to cheat and then moving onto dumbbell rows for higher volume. Dumbbell stuff on general is usually saved for my volume lifts while barbell is usually used for my intensity lifts.

I can jackhammer 65 lbs like that 25+ times

I keep fucking up my lower back when doing rows. I think it's the process of picking the barbell up and putting it back down that place that's doing it.
How do I fix this?

Pullups

pull from safeties on the rack at wherever the rep terminates

if you're insecure as hell and don't realize that people at the gym are too busy and actually don't give a fuck about you - then yes

That looks stupid because it's a nigger, not because it's a barbell row.

Are you twisting your torso for momentum?
