Don't make the same mistake I did...live your life how it should be... With power cleans

it's funny because power cleans would arguably be harder on your spine than deadlifts. highly dynamic loads can so much much more damage than controlled relatively static loads.

Not really. You shouldn't be doing heavy power cleans until you've trained for years. Light power cleans aren't hard on your back, and train your core to protect your spine and lower back.
Same for Deadlifts, faggot
Deadlifting a car
Vs
Being in a car crash
Kek. This needs to be a new copypasta.
You don't clean the same weight you deadlift retard
My sides
You're right but the velocity comes into play, brainlet. You pull a power clean with much more speed, therefore power, than a Deadlift.
Bam Margera isn't looking too good.
Don't do that to margera. He looks better than this goblino
Simply epic
When you say something that stupid, expect to become a meme
Kek
This monster has deadlifted over 800lbs. I agree that when you are at those numbers deadlifts can be potentially devestating if you use incorrect form, however, for the majority of lifters who aren't on peds and not deadlifting above 700lbs for reps I don't see an issue.
He was using athletes who make money as an example of risk vs reward incorporating deadlifts into their strength training regime, not talking about the average gym rat.
You faggots are taking this shit out of context
alright i chuckled, have a bump and a (you)
Squat must be the primary measure when choosing the weight you're going to deadlift and you should never go over like 125% of your current good form squat weight. Prove me wrong or right please.
maybe if you're advanced
Depends on the build and body type, my squat is around the same weight as my deadlift, while some have a hugely better deadlift due to long arms and such
I'd agree but not the 125. If your squat with good form is low you can still deadlift with perfect form and you won't fuck up your back, you'll just fuck your legs somehow. Like, I pull my right hammy every time
i knew this dude would rustle fits jimmies when he said that. he has experience and top strong man skills and u weak fucks still wont betray the deadlift is god tier memes u find on this internet board. fuck it my back doesnt get damaged if u guys dont wanna give it up so who cares. keep putting ur spines at risk it doesnt affect me
and therefore do nothing for you.
If I wanted to do nothing for 10 years I'd use the leg spreading machine or some shit
proving deadlifts are superior. Literally involving more meat during the same time span.
