Yes but you will get mogged by actual weightlifters

Yeah.

>Yes but you will get mogged by actual weightlifters
mogged by fatties

I don't care about that, I just need a decent routine. I don't care about food so I should be able to easily get to the required bodyfat%, but I don't know which actual exercises I should be doing.
How?

easily two years max if you're a beginner

>How?
Have you ever lifted? I just do pull ups, push ups and core exercises till exhaustion plus a lot of cardio. I've lifted before so I sort of know what I'm doing. If you dont look up some calisthenics progressions, I've seen some legit looking ones.
Try to lift on the side tho. At least once a week. It's a big help.

Yes just watch your diet and please do some weights cus there’s a thin line between otter mode and think mode make sure ur forearms are big

>Have you ever lifted
Yeah but always with a beginner routine.
>calisthenics progressions
Thanks
>there's a thin line
That's what I'm worried about, how do I avoid looking like a twink?
>make sure ur forearms are big
Are reverse curls enough for that? I have dumbbells

Imagine being the fucking tfwnogf loser who saves pics like this

Yes, ottermode is a body that you can achieve just by doing some pushups, crunches, and swimming while losing weight. It's incredibly attainable.

>bodyweight routine to ottermode
No.
>bodyweight AND cardio daily
Yes, but weights would be better.

>swimming
What about running?

If you don't use the ab wheel every day you are not going to make it

shes fat

Running in water perhaps?

Pull ups, Dips, Push ups, Hanging leg raises, Rows, Pistol squats, Pike pushups.

3x8-12 reps, 4x10-12 once you get used to it
