Girl's Gym plan

Hey Jow Forumsties, I'm writing up a gym plan for my girl, she's got a naturally good body BUT is not fit in the sense she does not exercise regularly.

I wrote up this gym plan, and am wondering if this would be too straining for a newbie, or maybe there are areas where I could improve.

I was going to incorperate HIIT and Strength training after a few weeks or a month or two depending on progress.

For now assume cardio is at a constant pace and weight training is locked to a specifc weight she can handle.

Thanks guys, you've always given me great advice in the past.

Monday/Thursday - PULL DAY
>Compound stretching
>10 minute on bike
>10 minute rowing machine
>10 minute treadmil light jog
>Seated rows
>Shrugs with dumbells
>Preacher curls using machine OR dumbell curls using seating equiptment
>OPTIONAL: Light swimming

Tuesday/Friday - PUSH DAY
>Compound stretching
>10 minute on bike
>10 minute treadmil light jog
>10 minute boxing bag punches
>Bench press OR Pushing machine
>Slow side lifts with light weight
>Overhead press with light weight
>Tricep pulldown
>OPTIONAL: Light swimming

Wednesday - CORE/ABS/LEGS
>Compound stretching
>20 minute light run on treadmill, every 9 minutes walk for 1 minute
>Deadlifts
>Bar squats
>Deadline crunch/Situps/Crunch machine
>Leg push
>Toe raises
>OPTIONAL: Light swimming

I don't think she's totally confident and she gets pretty drainied from work, just wanted to start her off light so she starts to enjoy it then write her a better plan,

this one is just meant to be easy

I hear the rest period after a set of that is really really long

Cardio should be after resistance training

2nding this idea. You should have her start off 2-3 times a week.

Jeff memealiere athleanxdotcom recommends 48 hours between workouts of same muscle groups for best results so it might be better to do pull Mon/Wed push Tues/Thurs and legs Fri.

Kinda trash routine though like other anons said should just do strength training 3 times a week to start

If she's got a naturally fit body why the hell do you want her to go on a regimine 5 times a day.

Literally just do some machines + treadmill once a week and plant babies into her. The fuck is wrong with you,

If you want her to get into fitness you should put her on full body everyday routine.

Strength routines are unironically better. You only have to remember 3 exercises a day (all of which use a barbell), plus one or two assistance exercises. Instead of having her on 15 different exercises every day

Just have her ride a dildo or your dick 1 hour a day 3 days a week. Good cardio and works the only muscles that matter

plus some bullshit accessories
a bit of cardio
