avoid carbs, drink a lot of water, i keep carrots or celery or cucumbers to eat when i have hunger cravings. If i don't want to munch on those i just don't eat. Cutting sucks though and that's a part of it, it gets easier after the first few days though and i generally feel kinda good apart from the hunger and slight loss in strength/stamina

Any time you feel hungry chug some low cal drinks or water. Also just try and do something like [insert chore or task you wanna get done] when you feel you're going to get tricked by your mind into eating. If you're not fasting, you can try nuts. But nuts can easily get out of hand so I def reccomend WEIGHING IT OUT and drinking plenty of fluids along with a snack like that. 1/4 cup of cashews has damn near 200 calories! And make sure it's unsalted.
