All the fit manlet what your height and weight? Are people surprised on how much you look like you weigh compared on you actually weight?

165 cm (5'5) and I weight 74 kgs currently.

Started getting fit two years ago when I weighted 72 but was getting fat. Dropped to 63 kgs (140 lbs) jogging and lifting, then started lifting 5 times a week. Now at 74 kgs (roughly 163 lbs) and been consistently gaining 1 lbs (0,5 kg) per month.

Not really getting many views thought it is quite visible already - I work in the office as a manager so only long shirts etc. But definitely seeing a change when I go out with ex colleagues and most of all the way my gf of 7 years looks at me.

Did you look fit at 130lb that my goal right now then 140.

130 is where i had visible abs, and had a very tone body. But wanted more mass, so i'm clean bulking to 160. which i feel is the "limit" for us manlets. Yea user, 130 is great.

oatmeal, egg whites, natty pb, greek yogurt, chicken breasts, almond milk, walnuts, salmon, rice, are among the foods i eat to bulk. Mornings, i make a shake with 2 scoops of whey, 100 grams of oatmeal, 50grams of pb, 2 strawberries, one slice of bananna, and chug that bitch down.

I think I look about my weight; fat but with a chest that sticks out noticably. Helps that the work uniform is a polo with skinny cuffs on the arms, which draws attention away from my belly and makes it so I don't look quite as fat as I am.
Clothes really can change your shape dramatically.

I was 5'2 before I started lifting but I grew like an inch and a half because of it for whatever reason.
Lifting saved my life bros I know longer feel ashamed about my height.

5'3", 165lbs - went too hard on the bulk so now I'm a fatlet, practically spherical. Hell, I look more like the Bagel guy than I'd like to admit.

Re: OP's question, people do get surprised because I guess they just must not consider how height and weight go together.

Demetrious Johnson (also 5'3") fought at 125 in UFC and 135 in ONE (attached pic), so 140 should look good. But to be honest, I remember being 120 many years back and feeling like a gust of wind could blow me over. I'm scared of going back to that. I'm a fat sack of shit right now but it also kinda feels good to have some weight. Thanks for reading my blog.

lets see body. I'm ending my bulk now at 200 same height and I'd like to see what I'm in for when I hit 155. Lifts are currently 1/2/2/3 for 3x5 except DL which is 1x5

The higher your height the lower you are in the manlet heirarchy. At above average height, you're not even a manlet at all. And the king isn't a twink regardless.

Damn nice progress. Did you bulk with relatively clean food or just eat whatever?

I did count calories but I just didn't have the appetite to eat 3k cals in clean foods every day. I had to eat a bit dirty (mc Donald's, subway) to hit my macros and even then I'd only hit them half the time so progress was very slow going.

I would recommend eating dirty to be honest. Just ensure when you hit 15% bf you cut to 10-12% and begin the bulk anew if you want to maintain some aesthetics year round. Though I will say at 10-12% I lookwd quite small in t-shirts so you may just want to stick nearer to 15% bf
